Welcome to Kayzee! By signing up and using our platform, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your access and use of our services as a self-employed worker. Please read them carefully.
Definition of a Worker
- A Worker is a self-employed individual who registers on our platform to accept temporary job opportunities posted by clients. Workers are not employees or agents of Kayzee recruitment or the clients they work for. They are solely responsible for managing their own taxes, complying with HMRC regulations, and ensuring they meet the requirements and expectations of the shifts they accept. Workers are required to adhere to platform rules, employer codes of conduct, and fulfill their commitments to maintain access to the platform.
1. Self-Employment Status
By using this app, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are self-employed and not an employee, worker, or agent of Kayzee or the job provider.
- You are solely responsible for managing your taxes, including reporting your income to HMRC, and complying with all applicable tax laws and obligations.
2. Account Use
- Personal Use Only: Your account is strictly for your personal use. You may not create, share, or transfer your account to anyone else. Breach of this rule will result in immediate termination.
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and up-to-date personal and payment information. Misrepresentation or providing false details may lead to termination.
3. Shift Commitments
When you accept a shift, you agree to:
- Punctuality: Arrive on time and ready to work.
- Cancellations: Notify us at least one hour before the shift start time if you are unable to attend. Failure to do so will count as a breach of these terms.
4. Breach Policy
- Breaches include but are not limited to:
- Failing to show up to an accepted shift without prior notice.
- Repeated late cancellations
- Violating the platform’s rules or engaging in misconduct during a shift.
- Consequences:
- After one breach, your standing on the platform will be reduced, which may affect your access to higher-rated shifts.
- After three breaches, your account will be permanently terminated, and you will no longer be allowed to use our platform.
5. Platform Access and Termination
- Revocation of Access: We reserve the right to revoke your access to the platform at any time if you breach these Terms and Conditions or engage in activities that harm the reputation, operations, or users of our service.
- Suspension: We may suspend your account if we detect suspicious activity, investigate breaches, or suspect misuse.
6. Legal Obligations and Liability
- Responsibility for Income: You are responsible for ensuring compliance with tax regulations, including reporting all income earned through the platform to HMRC.
- Liability for Performance: You are responsible for completing shifts professionally and fulfilling the requirements set by the employer. Kayzee is not liable for any disputes arising between you and the employer.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Kayzee Recruitment harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your use of the platform or failure to comply with these terms.
7. Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- Accept shifts for which you are unqualified or incapable of completing.
- Engage in any fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activities while using the platform.
- Harass, discriminate, or act inappropriately toward employers, other workers, or Kayzee staff.
8. Employer Code of Conduct
When working shifts, you agree to abide by any codes of conduct, rules, or policies set by the employer. This includes but is not limited to:
- Following workplace health and safety regulations.
- Respecting the employer’s staff, property, and customers.
- Adhering to dress codes, behavior standards, and any specific job requirements.
Failure to comply with an employer’s code of conduct may result in a breach of these Terms and Conditions, impacting your standing on the platform.
9. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises regarding your use of the platform or performance during a shift, you must notify Kayzee immediately. We will work to resolve disputes fairly but are not liable for outcomes between you and the employer.
10. Changes to Terms
Kayzee reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.

Terms and Conditions for Clients
Welcome to Kayzee! By signing up and using our platform to post job opportunities, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your access and use of our services as a client. Please read them carefully.
1. Client Definition
By using this platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
- A Client is defined as a business or individual with whom Kayzee Recruitment has mutually agreed to a contract for uploading job opportunities on our portal.
- The Client is responsible for complying with all applicable laws and these Terms and Conditions.
2. Job Postings
- Accurate Details: All job postings must include clear and accurate information, including location, pay rate, shift duration, and job requirements. Misrepresentation may result in termination of access to the platform.
- Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel a job within 1 hour of its start time, you will be charged 50% of the agreed fee.
- If you cancel after the job starts, you will be charged 100% of the agreed fee.
3. Payment Terms
- Invoice Payment: Clients must pay all invoices within 7 working days of the invoice date. Late payments may result in interest charges or suspension of access to the platform.
- Agreed Amounts: Once the payment terms for a job have been mutually agreed upon in writing, the amount cannot be changed.
- Permanent Employment Fee: If you hire a worker introduced to you by Kayzee Recruitment within 1 month of their last shift with you, Kayzee Recruitment reserves the right to charge 10% of the worker’s annual contractual salary or equivalent value.
4. Worker Verification and Ratings
- Verification: Clients must verify that the worker who arrives for the job matches the profile picture and details provided on the platform.
- Rating Workers: After each shift, clients are required to rate workers based on their performance. This helps maintain the quality and reliability of the platform.
5. Platform Use and Conduct
- Fair Treatment of Workers: Clients must treat workers fairly and in accordance with applicable employment laws, including providing a safe and respectful working environment.
- Prohibited Activities: Clients must not:
- Engage in fraudulent activities or post jobs that are unsafe or unlawful.
- Fail to pay agreed fees or violate these Terms and Conditions.
- Directly withhold payment or take punitive action against workers outside of the platform.
6. Liability and Indemnity
- Worker Performance and Issues: Kayzee Recruitment is committed to addressing any problems related to workers sourced through our platform. Clients must report any concerns or issues directly to us so we can handle them internally. This may include, but is not limited to, investigating the matter, mediating disputes, or terminating the worker's access to the platform if necessary. Clients agree not to take direct action against workers outside of our processes.
- Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold Kayzee recruitment harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the use of the platform, or the actions, performance, or conduct of workers engaged through it.
7. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises regarding a job posting, payment, or worker conduct, clients must notify Kayzee Recruitment immediately. While Kayzee Recruitment will mediate disputes where possible, it is not liable for conflicts directly between clients and workers.
8. Termination of Agreement
- Breach of Terms: Kayzee Recruitment reserves the right to terminate a client’s access to the platform for repeated breaches of these Terms and Conditions, non-payment, or misuse of the platform.
- Immediate Termination: Activities that harm the platform’s operations or reputation may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
9. Changes to Terms
Kayzee Recruitment reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to clients via email or the platform. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
